Nose folds and cheek fillers
Everyone has nasolabial folds, even children. With the sagging of the lateral part of the face, they become deeper and account for one of the three most common causes of consultation for facial injectables. The modern approach to treating nasolabial folds is to inject the lateral part of the face and sometimes the cheek area, to improve the sagging which is the primary cause for deep nasolabial folds.
OUR SOLUTIONS
HOW TO SOFTEN YOUR NASOLABIAL FOLDS?
Everyone has nasolabial folds, even children. With the sagging of the lateral part of the face and volume loss in the cheek, they become deeper and account for one of the main complaints of patients consulting for cosmetic treatment.
The modern approach to treating nasolabial folds is to inject the lateral part of the face; this makes it possible to treat the sagging responsible for accentuating the nasolabial folds (known as the indirect approach).
Sometimes it is necessary to inject the nasolabial folds themselves at the end of the session (known as the direct approach). The indirect approach gives natural results while helping slim the face and reduce sagging. On the other hand, the strictly direct approach (treatment method used previously) produces less natural results and may result in a heavier mid-face.
In young patients, with no facial sagging, a direct approach is possible.
