We are open from Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 6:15 pm.

Cancellation policy

Any cancellation or modification must be made at least 48 business hours in advance.

• Consultations without treatment:
  A booking fee of CHF 150.– is required.
  This fee is deducted from any future treatment over CHF 1’000.–, performed within 3 months.
  If cancelled within 48 business hours or in case of no-show, the fee is fully charged.

• Aesthetic treatments:
  A 50% deposit is required to confirm the appointment.
  For cancellations within 48 business hours or no-shows, the deposit is retained.

In case of illness or serious justified reason, an exceptional rescheduling may be considered.

Payment terms

• All aesthetic treatments are to be paid on site by credit card or in cash.
• We do not send invoices to your address and our Aesthetic Clinic does not accept credit.
