SEQUENTIAL TREATMENT WITH BTL EXILIS Ultra 360 The BTL Exilis Ultra 360, combining monopolar radiofrequency (RF) and and ultrasounds technology, offers with its 2 handpieces a great versatility of treatment. On one hand a handpiece intended for the treatment of skin laxity (periorbital, face, neck, decolletage, arms and forearms, knees). The other handpiece treats excess localized fat (abdomen, hips, thighs, buttocks) as well as skin laxity. Treatment can be delivered for patients of all ages and all skin types. The only contraindications to treatment are pacemakers and pregnancy.
We recommend 2 to 4 sessions lasting 4 to 15 minutes each depending on the area to be treated. The frequency of the sessions is usually every 7 to 14 days.
BTL Vanquish ME as well as Exilis Ultra 360 treatments do not cause any pain during or after the session.
Patients treated with BTL Vanquish ME and Exilis Ultra 360 usually obtain quick results, sometimes already after one to two sessions.
Patients are very satisfied with the treatment with BTL Vanquish ME and Exilis Ultra 360 because the results are visible quickly. They emphasize the simplicity of the treatment, its effectiveness and the absence of any any side-effects, pain in particular, making it one of the rare non-invasive aesthetic treatments with no downtime. In some situations, and in order to optimize the results obtained by our patients, we are increasingly using a sequential treatment combining the BTL Vanquish ME and the BTL Exilis Ultra 360. The sequential treatment protocol that we use combines 2 cycles consisting of 2 BTL Vanquish ME treatments followed by Exilis Ultra 360 treatment (a total of 4 Vanquish ME treatments and 2 Exilis Ultra 360 treatments). The strategy of sequential treatment is based on the fact that Vanquish ME treats large areas of fat like the abdomen, and Exilis Ultra 360 treats more localized areas as well as cellulite and skin laxity. The results obtained vary from one individual to another but more than 75% of our patients achieve excellent results.
Patients may feel some warmth during the session, but that is rarely uncomfortable. When the patient feels an uncomfortable hot spot at a specific point, we can change the settings and / or cooling parameters and the discomfort disappears immediately.
